Hi all. My RA seems to be particularly active in my wrists and hands at the moment. I've developed a strange lump on the inside (palm side) of my wrist. The trouble is I have so many issues with my hands, including carpal tunnel syndrome, Raynaud's, trigger fingers and swollen tendons as well as RA so it's hard to tell what's causing all the pain, stiffness and this lump. The lump is about 2 inches by one inch and is not particularly tender in itself but that whole wrist area is painful generally. It's just skin coloured rather than red. Does this sound like a ganglion or swollen tendon or what? Has anyone else had anything like this. The consultant saw it and arranged an ultrasound so I'll know soon what's going on. Just wondering if anyone else has had this too. Naomi x

I had a ganglion cyst and the doctor just put a needle in and removed the fluid............end of cyst!

I ve had a lump on the inside of my right wrist for a couple of years now, I ve had it MRI scan on it and ultrasound but nobody appears to know what it is, I just think its one of those oddities. My wrists are one of my dodgy areas too, sorry I can t be of more help, least you know you ll not alone
